1. Scope and meaning of technologies
This policy explains cookies, browser local storage and similar technologies on the public domain libar.me and the application domain app.libar.me. A cookie is a small value that a website sends to the browser; local storage is a separate browser storage area for settings and is not automatically sent with every request.

2. Current state of public site libar.me
As of the last update, the public marketing website libar.me does not set cookies through its own code, write values to local or session storage, or run analytics, marketing, advertising or profiling scripts. Navigation, content display, FAQ animations and the contact form work without tracking visitors between pages or websites.
The contact form sends only the information you enter and technical values needed to protect against automated abuse. The server may temporarily process an IP address and standard request logs for rate limiting, diagnostics and security; this server record is not a cookie and is not used for advertising.
3. Cookies on app.libar.me
The Libar application uses cookies for secure authentication, session continuity and regional context. They are not intended for advertising or tracking across unrelated websites. The actual security session may be shorter because of sign-out, revocation, expiry of demo access or the client's security policy.

4. Local storage in the application
Local storage is not automatically sent with every web request. The application reads this value when loading or changing the interface language.

5. Categories, legal basis and user selection
Essential security cookies are set because the requested sign-in and secure provision of the contracted application service are not possible without them. Preference cookies and local storage remember regional or language choices made by the user. We do not use them for direct marketing, selling data or building advertising profiles.
If optional measurement, marketing, embedded media, maps or another technology requiring consent under applicable law is introduced, it will remain blocked until the user's choice. Its name, provider, purpose and duration will be described, and the choice can be withdrawn as easily as it was given.
6. Third parties and integrations
As of the update date, the public website has no active Google Analytics, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Yandex or similar analytics and marketing tags. Libar sign-in uses its own application cookies listed in the table.
An integration the hotel enables later, such as a booking component, payment provider, map, video or external portal, may use its own technologies on its domain or within its frame. That provider's policies and controls apply. Before activating an optional component on Libar domains, we will update this policy and, where necessary, the consent mechanism.
7. Managing cookies and storage
You can view, block and delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. Deleting the reception cookies signs you out, and blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in and secure sessions entirely. Deleting libar-country or libar-language simply restores the default regional or language choice.
Browser controls do not automatically delete data lawfully stored on the server, such as an active user session, audit record or contractual record. For that data, use the procedure in the Privacy Policy or contact your hotel administrator.
8. Policy and change verification
We review this policy when the website, authentication, session duration, integrations or regulations change. A cookie name or duration may change because of a security update; the current list and update date will be published here before or at the time of a material change.
You can inspect stored values using your browser's developer or privacy tools. If you notice a technology not described here, send the domain, cookie name and observation time so we can investigate.
