Onboarding is planned for each property

Before starting, we confirm the property and room structure, users and roles, workflows, document rules, data needed for import, supported connections and training. Additional or specific work is agreed before delivery.

The displayed prices are for the software plans. Tax, external payment providers, other sales-channel fees and contractual details are confirmed in the offer according to the customer's status and agreed scope.

What does onboarding look like?

It starts with a discussion of the hotel's workflow. We then set up properties, rooms, users and rules, check imports and provide team training and support.

Is there a presentation before the decision?

Yes. You can request a presentation tailored to the type and size of your accommodation, without obligation to purchase.

Does Libar charge commission on direct bookings?

No. Libar takes no percentage or commission on reservations through the hotel's own booking link or widget. External payment provider or channel fees remain separate.
