Define a small set of statuses
Statuses must lead to actions. If there are too many or different interpretations, the system becomes a new version of the paper.
Tie priority to arrival
The room with early arrival or special request must be visible before the general cleaning order.
Inspection completes the work
Complete cleaning and confirmed readiness are not always the same. A clear checkpoint prevents early assignment.
The malfunction must not disappear in the message
A problem affecting a room becomes a maintenance task with a status and responsible person.
